Get Happy

Who can’t be happy eating pancakes? That was our inspiration to flip Marcel’s from a small regional business that people weren’t noticing, to one on a mission to get more people into great pancakes. Because what’s not to love about a 15 year old family business based under the ice cream cone dome of Mt Taranaki, driven by Marcel, a very fussy engineer from Belgium, whose pancakes are so light and fluffy you can’t believe they weren’t made only a few moments ago. As we said, dripped, flipped and aerated to perfection. None in the bin like when you try to make them yourself. Oh la la, happy day!
